IALC is an association of leading independent language centres that teach the official language(s) of their country. Through our global network we provide language programmes for virtually all needs, from junior and high school students, through university graduates and undergraduates, to professionals at all levels. There are IALC language centres in major capitals, historic towns and beautiful coastal resorts around the world, all regularly inspected and accredited.  In countries where there is a recognised national accreditation, we expect our members to hold that accreditation, and in countries where there is currently no national accreditation, the IALC logo signifies that a school meets our international quality standard.

Special features:
  • Independent, boutique language schools – single-centre and family-run small chains
  • Accredited schools in countries where no national scheme exists.
  • Quality measured through minimum standards plus continuous improvement
  • Code of ethics and complaints procedure
